Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are available for individuals who have enrolled in our Chitti Makers School Program.

2. Refund Criteria:

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Your refund request is accompanied by a clear explanation of the reason for your disappointment. The course should not be accessed beyond the specified limit.

3. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@chitti.app or submit ticket in https://chitti.app/support/
  • Provide your full name, course name, and a detailed reason for your refund request.
  • The refund process may include a feedback call to you and validation of key information that may be required by us to process the refund request. It is a sole discretion of the company to process or reject any kind of refund request.
  • Wait for further instructions from our customer support team.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 21 business days upon approval.

Processing Fees:

A processing fee will be applied to all transactions. The processing fee is variable, ranging from a minimum of 6% to a maximum of 15% of the transaction amount.

Advance Payment:

Refund within 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund within 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 10% will be applied to the advance amount to cover administrative and processing fees.

Refund after 48 Hours of Payment: Refund after 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund after 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 50% will be applied to the advance amount to account for administrative.

Term Payment:

Refund within 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund within 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 10% will be applied to the term amount to cover administrative and processing fees.

Refund after 48 Hours of Payment: Refund after 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund after 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 30% will be applied to the term amount to account for administrative.

Full Payment:

Refund within 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund within 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 5% will be applied to the annual/full payment amount to cover administrative and processing fees.

Refund after 48 Hours of Payment: Refund after 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund after 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 10% will be applied to the annual/full payment amount to account for administrative.

Course Refund Percentage Explanation
First and Second Course 70% If you request a refund for the first and second courses, you will be eligible for a 70% refund on your full payment.
Third and Fourth Course 50% Refund requests for the third and fourth courses will be subject to a 50% refund on the full payment.
Fifth Course and Beyond No Refund For the fifth course and any subsequent courses, no refunds will be issued.

4. Program Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that we cancel the Chitti Maker School, you will receive a refund of the Program fee

5. Subscription and E- Mandate:

Refunds will not be issued. However, customers are entitled to cancel the program at any point.
