1. Will I get a refund if I want to cancel the course/product/service/package purchased?
Yes, we provide a full refund if you do not like our product/course/service and inform us within 24 hours of successful payment for the same.
2. When will I receive a refund for the failed transaction?
The amount is refunded from our end within 24 hours and should reflect in your respective account within 4-5 working days. In case it is a nationalized bank, it may take a maximum of 10 working days. You may check with your bank once for the refund status. If you are unable to get any details on your refund status, please get in touch with us on email@example.com
3. My amount was charged, but I have not received the SMS/Email confirmation for the transaction I am charged for.
If the purchase/subscription is confirmed, you should be able to see it on the app/website, access the content you paid for, as well as receive SMS/WhatsApp confirmation and Email. In case you cannot see the status for the transaction that you have done or receive confirmation, please contact us here. We will help you with the exact status of your transaction.
Note: If you've faced an unsuccessful transaction while booking on our website/app, the amount charged gets refunded within 4-5 working days. It may take a bit longer (10 working days) for a nationalized bank. In case of a payment done using a mobile wallet the charged amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
